The staff is incredibly welcoming and amazingly nice with excellent customer service. the location is marvelous and lovely, so close to bars and restaurants.

Booked a room with decent views, and the staff were super friendly and consistently courteous people in the clean up efforts. Location: the hotel was very close to the Riviera Maya and Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel and the ferries to Cozumel. And it's not too far away from Asiana Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

We had such a great time at Wyndham! One evening, we wanted a hamburger but the restaurant was serving Asian food. We asked the staff where we could find a hamburger, and the maitre d' immediately took care of us. He personally seated us near a window so we could enjoy the show while we ate the amazing hamburger he had the chef specially make for us. The staff were always happy and ready to please, whether it was early morning or late at night. The pool activities led by Sergio, Miguel, Cecilia, Andres, and Mike were so much fun to watch and participate in. The shows were also fantastic. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we loved the variety of restaurants it offered, especially the Italian and Sushi ones. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff made us feel special and valued. we highly recommend Wyndham Alltra Playa Del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive.

The rooms are well-maintained and the maid service goes above and beyond with personal touches, making the stay even more enjoyable. The staff, including Sergio, Louie, Tania, and Arron. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty options, including kid-friendly foods.

One negative aspect is the lack of bathtubs in the rooms, with only showers available.

The hotel had great views and a beautiful location near Tulum ruins and the Dos Ojos cenote. With four restaurants, a coffee shop, a sushi bar, and an outdoor BBQ, there was plenty of dining options available. Our room had lovely decor and a spacious bathroom, perfect for relaxation.
